Join us for the USCSAHT 2023 Conference!  Pricing includes one exhibit table and two (2) booth personnel.  Additional fees will apply for additional exhibit table or booth personnel.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
Exhibitors canceling on or before Friday, September 1, 2023 will receive a  refund, less a $75 nonrefundable processing fee.  Exhibitors canceling after Friday, September 1, 2023 shall not receive a refund.  
 
Installation/Removal of the Displays
  • Setup of exhibits for the Conference begins on Thursday, September 28, 2023 at 8:30 AM. 
  • Exhibits must be completely set up by Thursday, September 28, 2023 at 10:00 AM. 
  • Dismantling of exhibits commences Friday, September 29, 2023 after 8:00 PM.
  • Exhibits must be completely packed and ready for removal or shipment Saturday, September 30, 2023 by 9:00 AM.

The rate for a double/single occupancy room is $159.00 plus tax.
