A block of rooms is available at The DoubleTree by Hilton Minneapolis Park-Place at a discounted rate of $129 plus tax per night. We kindly ask that you refrain from calling the hotel directly and utilize our conference planners at Nix. Please note:

• Hotel check in is 3pm and check out is 11am.
• If you must cancel your hotel reservation, please contact Nix immediately. The hotel will honor sleeping room cancellations received 48 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations after this time will not be refunded.  

• The conference rate of $129 extends from October 24 to November 9. Consider coming early or staying later to rest, relax, and return rejuvenated. 

• Complimentary parking is available on site. 
• A credit card is required to secure your hotel reservation but will not be charged until check in.
