You may choose to:

For all in-person participants at the Best Western Plus Hotel, mid-day meals and snacks will be provided by the congregation.  Evening meals are not provided.

The agenda is not yet fully worked out.  However, we anticipate:

  • Daily thematic prayer; Sunday Eucharistic Liturgy
  • Presentations: Finance, Laudato Si, Constitutions
  • Sacred conversations, ritual, on-going discernment

Spiraling into the future, we enliven our BVM values and deepen our relationships as we:

  • Acknowledge our losses and affirm our hopes.
  • Engage in critical conversations around the question surfaced at the 2022 Congregational Assembly:  What does it mean to grow smaller?
  • Tend our Directional Statements.
  • Discern and make decisions as needed.
