Technical Requirements
The virtual program will be best viewed on a laptop or desktop computer using the Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox web browser; utilizing one of these will eliminate many of the problems you might face with connection.  We recommend connecting with either a cable modem, DSL or better Internet connection (1 Mbps or faster).  

Please note that the webinar platform does NOT work on cell phones and often encounters issues on tablets (i.e. iPads).  In the days leading up to the program, you will receive further email communication related to the event and how to access the virtual content, including a step-by-step video tutorial teaching you to navigate the virtual space and a test session that will help you ensure that your device will play the content correctly.
