Please note: The hotel is currently sold out the evening of September 29, 2023. Submitting a hotel request will place you on a waiting list. We will be in contact with you as soon as a room becomes available.

You will request a hotel reservation at the DoubleTree Chicago North Shore Conference Center during the registration process.  You do not need to make an additional hotel reservation if you are already a confirmed attendee of the conference.  Please contact Nix Conference & Meeting Management with Hotel Reservation questions.  Do not contact the hotel directly.

The rate for a double/single occupancy room is $159.00 plus tax. Taxes are subject to change. The Doubletree Chicago North Shore Conference Center requires a credit card to hold your room, but will not charge your card until check in.

Please note the hotel does not provide an airport shuttle. It is recommended to use a ride share service to/from the hotel for the airport (Uber or Lyft) or taxi/cab service.

  • Chris Thompson: Collaborating to End Human Trafficking. We are confident that together we  can indeed end human trafficking. But what does it mean and what does it take to collaborate at a level that will allow us to accomplish this ambitious goal? Chris, president of Civic Collaboration Consultants, will share lessons from more than 15 years of supporting a wide variety of collaboratives that have generated enduring, positive change related to infant mortality, education, economic development, and human trafficking.
