Join us in St. Louis, MO for the 2026 RCRI National Conference!  Exhibitors may register as a "for-profit organization" or "not-for-profit organization". Please note that booth pricing allows for two (2) people per booth. Any additional staff will be charged an additional staff personnel fee.

All exhibitors registered by Friday, September 25, 2026 will be included in the printed Exhibitor Directory.

The rate for a double/single occupancy room is $169.00 plus tax (total with tax is $199.30--please note taxes are subject to change). There is an additional charge to add a third occupant or more to the sleeping room of $25.00 per person per night. 

Sleeping room reservations will be accepted by the hotel until Friday, October 9, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. CST.

Cancellation / Refund Policy
Exhibitor or Additional Staff canceling on or before September 25, 2026 will receive a full refund, less a $75.00 processing fee.  Exhibitor or Additional Staff canceling between September 26 and October 5, 2026 will be refunded 50% of its payment.  Exhibitor or Staff canceling on or after October 5, 2026 shall not receive a refund.  RCRI reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse or revoke acceptance of any application.  In such event, all fees shall be refunded to the Exhibitor.  The price of exhibit space includes one exhibit space, two complimentary conference registrations, and a listing in the conference materials.

Installation / Removal of the Displays
Please note the set-up and opening of the Exhibit Hall will be on Monday and breakdown will be on Wednesday this year.  
Exhibitor may begin setup of exhibits for the Conference on Monday, November 2, 2026.  Exhibits must be completely set up by Monday, November 2, 2026 at 3:00 PM.  If Exhibitor fails to completely set up its exhibit by at 3:00 PM, Exhibitor will be granted access to the exhibit area to complete set up at the sole discretion of RCRI.  Dismantling of exhibits may not commence prior to Wednesday, November 4, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Dismantling of the exhibit booth prior to 11:00 AM on November 4, 2026 will result in a fine in the amount of $250. All materials and equipment used in connection with the exhibit must be completely packed and ready for removal or shipment by November 4, 2026 at 1:00 PM, unless RCRI and the Hotel grants permission for longer storage or special handling.
