Hotel Information

The rate for a double/single occupancy room is $169.00 plus tax (total with tax is $199.30--please note taxes are subject to change). There is an additional charge to add a third occupant or more to the sleeping room of $25.00 per person per night. 

Check in is at 4:00 p.m.

Check out is at 11:00 a.m.

Airport Transportation

The Hyatt Regency St. Louis at the Arch is located approximately 25 minutes from Lambert St. Louis International Airport.  The hotel does not offer a shuttle from the airport.  We recommend the use of a taxi or ride-share (Uber/Lyft) service. 

Cancellations / Changes 

For changes to your room reservation, use the modification link in your registration confirmation email. The Registrar will be notified of any changes made.  If you need to cancel your room reservation, please call 314-645-1455 or email registrar@nixmeetings.com.
