Hotel Information

The rate for a double/single occupancy room is $170.00 plus tax (total with tax is $195.94--please note taxes are subject to change). There is an additional charge to add a third occupant or more to the sleeping room of $25.00 per person per night. 

Check in is at 4:00 p.m.

Check out is at 11:00 a.m.
 

Airport Transportation

The Hyatt Regency Dallas is located approximately 20 minutes from Dallas Love Field and approximately 25 minutes from DFW International Airport.  The hotel does not offer a shuttle from either airport.  Taxi fare from Dallas Love Field is approximately $25-$30.  Taxi Fare from DFW International Airport is approximately $50-$55.  App based rides (Uber / Lyft) are available from both airports. 

Cancellations / Changes 

For changes to your room reservation, use the modification link in your registration confirmation email. The Registrar will be notified of any changes made.  If you need to cancel your room reservation, please call 314-645-1455 or email registrar@nixmeetings.com.
