Arrival Information
We recommend using Rhode Island's TF Green Airport for your flights. We will collect travel information on this form so we can assist with shared rides from the airport. We recommend making your flight arrangements prior to completing this registration form.
Bus Trip to Providence & Newport
An additional fee of $25 will be added if you choose to attend the optional Bus Tour. We will visit Saints Peter and Paul Cathedral (Diocese of Providence) followed by a visit to Newport and then dinner (on your own) in Federal Hill (Providence). The group will return to the Retreat Center at 9pm.
Early Arrivals/Late Departures
Registrants can arrive early on Sunday, July 16 and depart late on Friday, July 21 as needed. The cost is $50 per night and does not include meals.
RBC Membership
Would you like to become a member of RBC or Renew your membership? Membership is $45 annually and helps pay our office expenses, prepare for our annual assemblies, and maintain communication with our members. You will have the opportunity to add your annual membership as part of the registration process.
