A block of rooms is available at the Rosen Centre Orlando at a discounted rate of $149 plus tax per night. We kindly ask that you refrain from calling the hotel directly and utilize our conference planners at Nix. Please note:

• Hotel check in is 3pm and check out is 11am.
• If you must cancel your hotel reservation, please contact Nix immediately. The hotel will honor sleeping room cancellations received 72 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations after this time will not be refunded.  

• The conference rate of $149 extends from November 14 to November 24. Consider coming early or staying later to rest, relax, and return rejuvenated (Rooms Subject to Availability). 

• On site parking is available at a discounted rate of $15 per day.
• A credit card is required to secure your hotel reservation but will not be charged until check in. 
• To make changes to your reservation request, you can log in to this site again and make the changes or contact Nix Conference & Meeting Management at the phone number or email below.
