Hotel check in is at 4:00 p.m.

Hotel check out is at 11:00 a.m.

All rooms include a refrigerator, iron and ironing board, and coffee maker.

MEETING INFORMATION

We will begin on Monday, June 16, with dinner at 5:00 p.m. and the opening session at 7:00 p.m.

We will conclude with lunch on Friday, June 20.

 

AIRPORT SHUTTLE INFORMATION

Airport shuttles will be provided.  A final shuttle schedule will be emailed to participants approximately two weeks before the Convocation.
