Registration Information

  • Airport Transportation: Airport transportation will be provided for all attendees flying to the Gathering of the Whole.  Further information will be provided in your hotel confirmation email which will be received closer to the event date, however, shuttles will be provided every half hour on arrival and departure day. 
     
  • Mobility Scooter Rental: To best address the needs of individuals who may have difficulty walking, we have contracted with a rental company to provide mobility scooters to those who need them.  Scooters will be available beginning Friday, June 5 and will be returned on Thursday, June 11.  The cost to rent a scooter is $200.  If you would like to rent a scooter, you will have the option to pay for the rental through this registration form.  
     
  • Hotel check-in begins at 4 p.m. 

    The hotel cannot guarantee early check in, but if you arrive prior to 4 p.m., please go to the hotel check in desk. If rooms are available they will get you into a room immediately.  If a room is not available, they will take your phone number and call/text as soon as your room is available.  Luggage storage will be available. 
     
  • Hotel check-out is at 11 a.m.
     
  • Hotel Amenities:  Each room includes a mini fridge.  Guests are welcome to bring food and drinks as needed. Please note that no microwaves are available for individual rooms.
     
  • Hotel Information:  An important note: The Hyatt St. Louis at the Arch is a cashless property. You will not be able to use cash to purchase items on property.  Please have a card payment available for these items.
