The meeting will begin at 1pm the first day and conclude at 11am on the last day.

Registration Fee

The registration fee is $100 per person. Please see the next section for further information regarding costs.

Cost Information

Costs for the Collaborative Leadership Hub meetings are being funded by a generous grant.  This grant covers the cost of the meeting (including meeting materials and resource persons), meals, and lodging for all participants.  In addition to paying the $100 registration fee, each participant will be responsible for covering any necessary travel expenses up front.  A travel reimbursement form will be provided to participants as requested.

Sleeping Room Information

Sleeping room requests will be made through the registration form.  Rooms may be shared, but both/all attendees must register individually and list the other(s) as their roommate(s). LCWR will cover lodging for participants.

Sleeping Room Registration Deadlines

Sleeping rooms for each meeting are limited and participants will be assigned rooms on a first come, first served basis.  No sleeping room reservations will be taken after the following dates (based on city)

Dallas--April 4, 2022
Chicago--April 13, 2022
St. Louis--April 26, 2022
Baltimore (both meetings)--May 10, 2022

COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement

For the safety and health of all participants, LCWR will require all participants in the Collaborative Leadership Hub meetings to be vaccinated against COVID-19.  All attendees are required to bring proof of vaccination with them (vaccination card or electronic photo of your vaccination card).
