The Leadership Conference of Women Religious invites mission-aligned partners to engage with decision-making congregational leaders at this milestone national gathering. Exhibitors will have a unique opportunity to build meaningful connections with those shaping the future of religious life.
The registration fee includes 8’x10’ booth, pipe and drape, two chairs, waste basket, organization ID sign, as well as opening reception food and beverage on Tuesday and breakfast, lunch, and all coffee breaks on Wednesday and Thursday for two (2) exhibit booth personnel. Additional fees will apply for additional booth personnel.

Exhibitor Regulations
Cancellation/ Refund Policy
Exhibitor or Additional Staff canceling on or before Thursday, June 11, 2026 will receive a refund, less a 10% nonrefundable processing fee. Exhibitor or Additional Staff canceling after Thursday, June 11, 2026 and before Friday, July 10, 2026 will be refunded 50% of its payment. Exhibitor or Additional Staff canceling on or after Friday, July 10, 2026 shall not receive a refund.
- Setup of exhibits for the Conference begins on Tuesday, August 11, 2026 at 10:00 AM ET.
- Exhibits must be completely set up by Tuesday, August 11, 2026 at 1:00 PM ET.
- Dismantling of exhibits commences Thursday, August 13, 2026 at 11:15 AM ET.
- Exhibit must be completely packed and ready for removal or shipment by Thursday, August 13, 2026 by 2:30 PM ET
- Dismantling of the exhibit booth prior to 11:15 AM ET on August 13, 2026 will result in a fine in the amount of $250.

Exhibitor sleeping rooms will be located at the Rosen Plaza Hotel, less than one mile from the Rosen Centre Hotel, where the Celebration and tradeshow will take place. Complimentary, continuous transportation between the Rosen Plaza and Rosen Centre will be provided each day of the Celebration.
The rate for a double/single occupancy room is $145.00 plus tax.
