- Setup of exhibits for the Conference begins on Tuesday, August 8, 2023 at 10:00 AM CT.
- Exhibits must be completely set up by Tuesday, August 8, 2023 at 1:00 PM CT.
- Dismantling of exhibits commences Thursday, August 10, 2023, at 11:00 AM CT.
- Exhibit must be completely packed and ready for removal or shipment by Thursday, August 10, 2023 by 2:30 PM. CT
- Dismantling of the exhibit booth prior to 11:00 AM CT on August 10, 2023 will result in a fine in the amount of $250.

The rate for a double/single occupancy room is $149.00 plus tax.
COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement
LCWR will require all participants in the Assembly to be vaccinated against COVID-19 and show proof of vaccination (a vaccination card or electronic photo of your vaccination card) with completed primary series (two doses for Pfizer-BioNTech or Moderna or one dose for J&J/Janssen).
