Three LCWR Collaborative Leadership Hubs will take place on the following dates:
 

     Throughout the month of May 2024, LCWR will be offering its members an opportunity to participate in one of three in-person gatherings entitled, “Shared Leadership as a Path Forward.”

     As LCWR institutes discern how to move forward in the midst of rapid changes occurring in religious life and society, these gatherings allow leaders to be together for inspiration, education, and opportunities to discern next steps collectively. The gatherings are designed for leaders of institutes who are at all stages of planning for their future and will build on the 2022 LCWR Collaborative Leadership Hubs and the findings from the 2023 interviews of all leadership teams. Woven throughout the gatherings will be opportunities to hear what LCWR members have learned as they implement new ways of providing leadership in their institutes at a time when the capacity of an institute’s own members to lead is decreasing. Multiple opportunities will be offered for leaders to converse, share ideas, and imagine possibilities together.

     The gatherings will be structured so that the participants leave the experience with a plan for some next steps they might take to assure that there is competent leadership for their institute for the future. Our recommendation is that all members of a leadership team participate in one of these gatherings since there will be times when teams will work together.
