The LCWR February Board Meeting will take place at:

Registrations must be submitted no later than Friday, January 26, 2024.
Meeting Information
The meeting will begin on February 18 at 5:00 p.m. Region Chairs should plan to stay through dinner on February 20 while Board Members and Staff should remain through dinner on February 22.
Sleeping Room Information
Sleeping Room reservations will be made through this registration form.
Check in at the Embassy Suites Savannah Airport is 4:00 p.m. and check out is 12:00 p.m.
Shuttle Information
The Embassy Suites Savannah Airport offers a complimentary shuttle to/from Savannah International Airport. Additional shuttle information will be provided in your hotel confirmation email approximately three weeks prior to the start of the program.
