Hotel Reservations will be made through this site as part of your registration.

Early Registration concludes at 5:00pm ET on Wednesday, January 15, 2025.  Registration will continue until Wednesday, January 29, 2025 at 5:00pm ET.

2025 Conference Registration Policies

By completing the registration form, I agree to the following policies for the 2025 LASSCA Conference.

Hotel Reservations / Travel Arrangements

The cost of a participant’s hotel room is not included in the LASSCA dues or LASSCA Conference registration fee and is the sole responsibility of the participant.

All travel arrangements and costs, including airfare, train, bus and/or other ground transportation costs are the sole responsibility of the participant.

Photography/Video

By attending this conference and its events, participants understand and agree that their image may be captured by Christian Brothers Conference and used without compensation in photographs, videos, motion pictures or other recordings or record of the event that contains the image for any purpose, including for future advertising of the
LASSCA Conference.

Conference Cancellation

Christian Brothers Conference will grant refunds for registration cancellations received on or before 4:00pm EST on Friday, January 31, 2025, less the LASSCA membership fee and a $50.00 administrative fee and credit card processing fee. No refunds will be granted after Friday, January 31, 2025. Cancellation notices must be sent to Sarai Martinez at smartinez@cbconf.org.

Sleeping room reservations for the LASSCA 2025 Conference will be accepted until Wednesday, January 29, 2025, at 5:00pm Eastern Time. Reservations at the group rate will only be accepted through this site.
 

Room Rate

The rate for a double/single occupancy room is $179.00 plus tax (Currently 18%). Please note taxes are subject to change.

Hotel Check in is at 4:00pm

Hotel Check out is at 11:00am

The hotel will honor sleeping room cancellations received 48 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations after this time will be subject to a charge of one night room and tax.  

Hotel Reservation Cancellations / Changes 

For changes to your reservation, use the modification link in your registration confirmation email. The Registrar will be notified of any changes made. For cancellations, please email registrar@nixmeetings.com or call 314-645-1455.  Please do NOT contact the hotel directly.
