Sleeping Room Reservations Cut Off Date

Sleeping room reservations for the Huether Lasallian Conference 2025 will be accepted by the hotel until Friday, October 24, 2025 at 5pm Eastern Time. Reservations at the group rate will only be accepted through this site.

Room Rate

The rate for a double/single occupancy room is $159.00 plus tax (currently 17.929%). Please note taxes are subject to change.

Hotel Information

Hotel check in is at 4:00 p.m.

Hotel check out is at 11:00 a.m.

The hotel will honor sleeping room cancellations received 48 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations after this time will be subject to a charge of one night room and tax.  

Cancellations / Changes 

For changes to your reservation, use the modification link in your registration confirmation email. The Registrar will be notified of any changes made. For cancellations, please email registrar@nixmeetings.com or call 314-645-1455.  Please do NOT contact the hotel directly.
