Guns 'N Hoses 2026 Soccer Game Registration

Further details regarding tryouts will be provided closer to the date--you will be contacted by the coaches with time and location. 
 

Athlete Information

  • The game (Saturday, May 30th at World Wide Technology Soccer Park) will consist of a regulation soccer game
  • The minimum age to compete is 19.
  • Males and females are eligible.
  • You must currently have a position in law enforcement or ems/fire to be eligible. You must be in The BackStoppers and Guns ‘N Hoses geographic coverage area to be considered for a spot on the teams.
  • All participants must complete electronic registration before they can work out.  Check with the coaches for their official start date. (see below for contact info)
  • Each team (Blue & Red) will have 33 players on their roster. 30 players and 3 goalies.
  • If there are more than 33 participants for a team, there will be tryouts to make the final roster. The coach’s decision on the roster will be final.
  • Playing time will be at the discretion of the coach.
  • The game will be 80 minutes with two 40-minute halves and a 15-minute half time.
  • All normal soccer rules will apply.
  • Training is monitored and you must attend, or you will be dropped from the eligible list.
  • If you are currently on worker’s comp or being treated for an injury that limits your physical activity you are not eligible to participate.
  • For training you must provide your own shorts, shoes, and uniform.  For the game you must wear the uniform provided. 
  • All athletes must complete paperwork and waivers, or you will not be eligible to compete.
  • All coaches must complete paperwork and waivers, or you will not be allowed to coach.
  • Failure to follow these rules will eliminate you from consideration to participate in the game.
  • Registration closes March 1st to compete in the 2026 soccer game.
