Meeting Information
The fraternal gatherings will provide an opportunity for friars to foster relationships with their brothers from different provinces, to share their stories and dreams for the future, and to be consulted about plans for the formation of the new province. The fraternal gatherings will begin with dinner on the day of arrival and conclude at noon on the final day.

Sleeping Room Information
The US-6 will be sponsoring accommodations. Each friar will be assigned his own private room. Special accommodations will be  provided for those who require them.

Transportation - Albuquerque, NM
Friars are asked to arrange their own transportation to and from the Santa Maria de la Vid Abbey.  Friars will arrive on October 18 beginning at 4:30 p.m. and depart October 21 at noon.

The Albuquerque International Airport (ABQ) is a 25 minute drive to Santa Maria de la Vid Abbey .  Taxis or Ride shares are available (Uber, Lyft).

COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement
For the safety and health of all participants, all attendees will be required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, including their booster shot.  All attendees are required to bring proof of vaccination with them (vaccination card or electronic photo of your vaccination card).
