Flight Information

If you will fly to attend AMTC 2023, please make your flight arrangements prior to completing your registration. The program will commence with the optional Family Game Night at 5pm on Monday, April 3, 2023 and will conclude at 12pm on Wednesday, April 5, 2023. Shuttles will be provided from St. Louis Airport to Cape Girardeau, Missouri. On average, the trip will take 2.5 hours. Do not rent a car unless directed to do so. Plan accordingly.

Hotel Information

This year we have secured rooms at the Drury Plaza Hotel Cape Girardeau Conference Center, Drury Inn & Suites Cape Girardeau, Pear Tree Inn Cape Girardeau West, and Pear Tree Inn Cape Girardeau near the Medical Center. Rooming assignments will be sent the week prior to the event.

Shuttle Information

Shuttles from St. Louis to Cape Girardeau will be provided on Monday, April 3. Attendees will take the complimentary airport shuttle to the Drury Inn & Suites St. Louis Airport. Attendees flying in on Southwest Airlines, will meet the shuttle at Terminal 2, Exit 15. For all other airlines, go to Terminal 1, Exit 18, go to the Hotel Shuttle Sign. Please look for Parking Spot 2 shuttles--the shuttles do have a small Drury Sticker on them, but any Parking Spot 2 shuttles will bring you to the Drury Inn & Suites St. Louis Airport.

Shuttles from the hotel to Cape Girardeau will be provided at: 12pm, 2pm, and 4pm on April 3, 2023.

The deadline to register for the Drury Hotels AMTC 2023 is Tuesday, March 7, 2023.
