Hotel Information:
- Check in is 3:00pm and check out is 12:00pm Noon.
- The Marriott Chicago O'Hare Hotel will require a credit card upon check in for each room (one card per room).
- The hotel will honor sleeping room cancellations received 24 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations after this time will be charged for half of one night’s stay plus tax.
- For Associates: The Congregation will pay for Associates who share a room (double occupancy). Associates who wish to have a single room will be responsible for paying the room rate of $139.00 per night plus tax. The Congregation will bill Associates for single occupancy.
Sleeping Room Cancellations or Changes: Re-enter this site for changes. The Registrar will be notified of any changes made. Please send your cancellation request in writing to registrar@nixmeetings.com.
