Sleeping Room Reservations Cut Off Date

Sleeping room reservations for the CMSM 2025 Assembly will be accepted until Monday, June 9 at 5 p.m. Eastern Time. Reservations at the group rate will only be accepted through this site.

We kindly request that you do not contact the hotel directly for reservations.

Room Rate

The rate for a double/single occupancy room is $149.00 plus tax (Currently 17.5%). Please note taxes are subject to change.

Hotel Information

Hotel Check in is at 4 p.m.

Hotel Check out is at 11 a.m.

The hotel will honor sleeping room cancellations received 48 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations after this time will be subject to a charge of one night room and tax.

Parking / Travel Information

The hotel does not offer a shuttle from the airport. We recommend ride share companies such as Uber or Lyft, or a taxi.

Parking is available at the hotel. Self-parking is available for $24 daily.

Cancellations / Changes

For changes to your reservation, use the modification link in your registration confirmation email. The Registrar will be notified of any changes made. For cancellations, please email registrar@nixmeetings.com or call 314-645-1455.
