Sleeping Room Reservations Cut Off Date

Sleeping room reservations for the CMSM 2024 Assembly will be accepted until Monday, July 1 at 5 p.m. Eastern Time. Reservations at the group rate will only be accepted through this site. WE KINDLY REQUEST THAT YOU DO NOT CONTACT THE HOTEL DIRECTLY FOR RESERVATIONS.

Room Rate

The rate for a double/single occupancy room is $169.00 plus tax (Currently 16% + a $5.00 per night State of Georgia Hotel Motel fee). Please note taxes are subject to change.

Hotel Information

Hotel Check in is at 3 p.m.

Hotel Check out is at 11 a.m.

The hotel will honor sleeping room cancellations received 24 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations after this time will be subject to a charge of one night room and tax.

Parking / Travel Information

The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle to and from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. Complimentary shuttle service to the hotel is via the ATL SkyTrain, a 2-minute train ride from airport.

Parking is available at the hotel. Self-parking is available for $32 daily. Valet parking is available for $45 daily. Electric car charging stations are available.

Cancellations / Changes

For changes to your reservation, use the modification link in your registration confirmation email. The Registrar will be notified of any changes made. For cancellations, please email registrar@nixmeetings.com or call 314-645-1455. WE KINDLY REQUEST THAT YOU DO NOT CONTACT THE HOTEL DIRECTLY FOR CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES.
