Room Rate

The rate for a double/single occupancy room is $192.00 plus tax (Currently 17%) per night. Please note taxes are subject to change.

Hotel Information

Hotel Check in is at 3:00 p.m.

Hotel Check out is at 12:00 p.m.

The hotel will honor sleeping room cancellations received 72 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations after this time will be subject to a charge of one night room and tax.  

Cancellations / Changes 

For changes to your reservation, use the modification link in your registration confirmation email. The Registrar will be notified of any changes made. For cancellations, please email registrar@nixmeetings.com or call 314-645-1455.  Please do NOT contact the hotel directly.
