Meeting Format
AGBT Precision Health 2021 will be hybrid with both in person and virtual attendance options.  Please note: Only abstracts for individuals who are able to attend the meeting in person will be accepted.  There will be no option for the virtual presentation of posters. 

Abstract Submission Dates
Abstracts will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. (CDT) on Wednesday, July 14, 2021. All abstracts received during this period will be treated equally, regardless of submission time.

Late Breaking Abstracts 
Late Breaking Abstracts will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. (CDT), on Friday, August 13, 2021. All abstracts received during this period will be treated equally, regardless of submission time.

Abstract Format Details
Abstract title, authors (bold presenting author and list first) and author affiliations must be listed at the top of your abstract. See example at the bottom of this page.

  • The total length of the abstract should not exceed 400 words.
  • Abstract files must be uploaded as a word document and saved as PresentingAuthorLastName.PresentingAuthorFirstName. Only one presenting author may be specified per abstract.
  • You may submit abstracts for others as well as yourself.

Notification
Abstracts submitted by Wednesday, July 14, 2021, will be notified of their acceptance or denial by July 26, 2021. If you have not received notification by July 26, 2021, please e-mail Nix Conference & Meeting Management at
mwelter@nixmeetings.com.

Late Breaking Abstracts – Late Breaking submitters will be notified of their abstract acceptance or denial by August 18, 2021. If you have not received notification by August 18, 2021, please email Nix Conference & Meeting Management at mwelter@nixmeetings.com.

Please note that due to the growth in abstract submissions, we do not guarantee that all submitted abstracts will be selected for presentation.

Publication in Online Meeting Book 
If you do not wish to have your abstract published in the online Meeting Book, you will have an opportunity to opt out.
