Single-occupancy is for attendees that will not share a room with another AGBT attendee.  Double-Occupancy is for attendees that will share a sleeping room with another AGBT paid registrant.  It does not indicate what type of bed will be in the sleeping room.  Rooms may contain one king-size bed or two queen beds.

For the double occupancy conference rate you MUST specify your roommate at the time of registration.  That individual must also be a paid registrant for the conference. If you do not specify a roommate or your roommate fails to register, you will be charged for single occupancy conference rate.  It is your responsibility to ensure your roommate registers if you prefer double occupancy conference rate.
 
Additional nights in excess of the package selection will be $289 USD plus 12.5% tax (subject to change) per night for a standard room.  The hotel room rate does not include the optional resort fee of $45 per night.  The resort fee includes:
  • Premium High Speed Internet access (excluding meeting rooms) for up to 2 devices
  • Two (2) Bottles of Water Daily
  • Access to the Waldorf Astoria Golf Club practice facility
  • Access to the Fitness Center
  • 20% discount on Spa Treatments at the Waldorf Astoria Spa

  • Complimentary dinner for children 12 & under at Harvest Bistro* when ordering from the kids menu and accompanied by an adult entrée.  Limit one comp child’s meal per paying adult.  *Currently complimentary dinner is available at Beech or Zeta Asia when Harvest Bistro is closed for dinner.
  • Children 5 & under eat free for breakfast at Harvest Bistro

Transportation Information
Transportation will be provided from Orlando International Airport (MCO) in Orlando, FL to the Hilton Bonnet Creek Resort.  Transportation will be provided on Sunday, February 27 from 10:00am-10:00pm and Monday, February 28 from 9:00am-9:00pm.  Departure transportation will be provided from 3:30am-4:00pm on Friday, March 4.  You must request transportation by adding your flight information to your registration. 
 
Please email cancellations to mwelter@nixmeetings.com.  A full refund will be made minus a cancellation fee of $1,000 for cancellations received on or before January 26, 2022.  Cancellations after January 26, 2022 will not receive a refund; however, your registration may be transferred.
