You will request a hotel reservation at the DoubleTree by Hilton Washington D.C.--Crystal City during the registration process.  You do not need to make an additional hotel reservation if you are already a confirmed attendee of the conference.  Please contact Nix Conference & Meeting Management with Hotel Reservation questions.  Do not contact the hotel directly.

Hotel Information:

• Check In- 4:00PM
• Check Out- 12:00PM
• Complimentary Airport Shuttle from Washington National Airport only (the shuttle is available from 5PM-12AM daily--full shuttle details will be included in your hotel confirmation email which will be sent approximately 1 month prior to the program)
• Complimentary Guest Room Wi-Fi

The rate for a single or double occupancy room is $199.00 plus tax. Taxes are subject to change (Currently taxes are 14.5%). The DoubleTree by Hilton Washington D.C.--Crystal City requires a credit card to hold your room, but will not charge your card until check in.

Parking Information

On site parking is available to conference attendees at the discounted rate of $29 per day.

Conference Schedule

A full conference schedule will be available at a later date.  For planning purposes, the program will open with a reception the evening of April 20 and will conclude on Friday, April 23 at approximately 12PM.
