You will request a hotel reservation at the Hyatt Regency Boston Harbor during the registration process. You do not need to make an additional hotel reservation if you are already a confirmed attendee of the conference. Please contact Nix Conference & Meeting Management with Hotel Reservation questions. Do not contact the hotel directly.

- Complimentary Airport Shuttle (Shuttle details will be included in your hotel confirmation email which will be sent approximately 1 month prior to the program)

The rate for a single or double occupancy room is $179.00 plus tax. Taxes are subject to change. The Hyatt Regency Boston Harbor requires a credit card to hold your room, but will not charge your card until check in.
Conference Schedule
While the full schedule for the Conference is not yet available, for travel and planning purposes, we will begin at
1:00pm Eastern Time on Wednesday, April 15 and will conclude at 12:00pm Eastern Time on Friday, April 17.
Please note that hotel check in is not until 4pm. If you plan to arrive on Wednesday, April 15, you will NOT have access to your hotel room until after the conference begins. Luggage storage will be available.
