We are excited to host our General Chapter at the Marriott Chicago O'Hare Airport. Please read the information below prior to completing your registration.

Sleeping Room Information

  • Attendees should plan to arrive at the hotel on Sunday, June 26, 2022.
  • Hotel check in is at 3pm.
  • The program will conclude no later than 2pm on Saturday, July 2, 2022.
  • Attendees will each have a single room.

COVID-19 Information

For the safety and health of all participants, all in person participants in the General Chapter Meeting must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (to be considered fully vaccinated, attendees must have received two doses and a booster of Pfizer / Moderna vaccine or one dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine with a booster). All attendees are required to bring proof of vaccination with them (vaccination card or electronic photo of your vaccination card).
